Mauney Memorial Library

There are many ways to volunteer at the library.

Volunteers help with:

  • Programs and other special projects
  • Summer Reading Programs
  • Stamp, sort, label, shelf read and other tasks
  • Assist the public with the computers.

Volunteers can help with Friends of the Mauney Memorial Library or support the library through donations to the Mauney Memorial Library Endowment Fund.

The Friends of the Mauney Memorial Library are a group of concerned citizens that recognize the importance of the Mauney Memorial Library to the citizens of Kings Mountain, NC.

Our purpose is to support the mission, goals and objectives of the Mauney Memorial Library and the Board of Trustees.

Our efforts support the library’s book and materials collection as well as the Summer Reading Program.
